Ingredients
3-4 medium taters fer each person eatin yer food.
1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil (per servin')
Salt
Pepper
Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. in each servin' Butter or Margrin'
fresh bacon crumbled
Vidailia (Sweet) Onion
pinch of garlic
Directions
In a bowl combine sliced and cubed taters, olive oil, Salt, & Pepper. stir and mix it up real good.
Then git a Generous piece of Tin foil and dump in yer serving size of tater mixture, then top with Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheese, and Garlic to taste.
Fold over yer tin foil and seal it all up, an' throw it on the grill. Cook on Hot grill for 40 or so minutes on top grates
